3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms:

  • 30% deposit required to commence work
  • 40% payment at project midpoint
  • 30% final payment upon completion
  • All payments must be made within 14 days of invoice

4. Project Timeline and Delays

While we strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe, certain circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on the project completion date.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide the following warranties on our work:

  • 5-year structural warranty
  • 2-year warranty on installations
  • 1-year warranty on fixtures and fittings
  • Manufacturer warranties where applicable

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TronScan and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TronScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation before project commencement: 80% deposit refund
  • Cancellation during project: Payment for completed work plus 20% of remaining contract value
  • 14-day cooling-off period for contracts signed remotely

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  • Direct negotiation
  • Mediation
  • Arbitration under UK law
